This is a must have for Hellraiser collectors. Lair itself has incredible detail with cracked and broken away plaster to reveal the wooden strips behind the plaster, Uncle Frank's torn away face on the floor, and plenty of blood splatter. Reminiscent of the actual movie set. Has 4 original characters in superb detail (Pinhead, Butterball, the Female, and Chatterer). Pinhead is holding the Lament Configuration and this version of the Female figure can only be found with the Lair. Also includes a litho sketch of Pinhead signed by Clive Barker. A huge assortment of chains with hooks are included with body parts hanging from some chains and the "Pillar" with various body parts detailed on it. No assembly instructions but it was fairly intuitive to piece together...look for pictures of the Lair on the web if you have trouble getting it together.
