We had originally ordered the 12 x 6 foot net for our son's birthday. We were accidentally sent the 24 foot goal. Tony was EXTREMELY responsive and helpful. He offered to ship out the correct size goal that day or that we could keep the larger one at NO additional cost. Our son opted for the larger one. We have it set up and he is using it all the time.
