I thought this swingset would be great...but I was disappointed. I wanted something that would be good quality but not break the bank, and this seemed like the perfect option. The set up took about 8 hours with my husband and I working together (much longer than it's supposed to take). The instruction manual was horrible. Directions were very unclear and parts were mislabeled. The bars weren't fitting together properly. It was a nightmare. When we finally got to the very last section (to attach the spinner), the bars were welded at a completely wrong angle there was absolutely no way they were going to fit. We tried every way to bend them, turn them, push them into place...with no luck. I called the customer service number immediately to get replacement parts. The guy seemed uninterested and unsympathetic. He quickly took my address and said they would arrive within a week. 2 weeks later...no replacement parts. I called customer service again and received no answer. I have now emailed them to receive the replacement parts and am still waiting for a response. It's unfortunate because now that we have it nearly set up, it would be a total waste of time and energy to take it all apart just to return it. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 star is because I do like the trampoline. I think I would have been better off to buy a different swingset and a mini trampoline!
