Rollerblade Men's Twister LE Urban Skate, Gray/White, 10.5 Review

> Been free style and speed skating for 17 years 6 of which include slalom
> There's minor squeaking from the top part of the boot rubbing against the bottom part (not a big deal)
> Solid skate, sold feel there's no play between chassis and boot
> Provides ample flexibility for heal and toe moves (the wheels are rather soft and may give resistance when full body weight is applied)
> Wheel quality receives a 4.5/5 due to their softness (I've burned down 25%/ 15-20mm in 15miles since unboxing)
> Wheels are good for rough terrain, jumps and other aggressive skating
> These wheels are not recommended for slides as they wear rather quickly
> Laces add character but not necessary
> Recommend upgrading bearings to the fast set of swiss you can find (based on experience level; stock may be okay)
> Inner boot is very, very comfortable with superb ventilation
> Graphics are cute however, if you actually use the skates they will rub off rather quickly
> the white area will be scuffed easily so while they may look good early on don't expect it to remain that way after even 5 miles
>>>Everything else is A+. My last pair of Rollerblades lasted 14 years doing between 150 - 250 miles a year and while they're still structurally sound the inner boot is completely worn.<<<

Barbie Collector Joan Jett Ladies of the 80s Doll Review

I agree with all of the previous reviews. This doll looks nothing at all like the doll photo used for pre-order purposes. This was a photograph of a doll, not a drawing, so there is absolutely no reason for the doll NOT to look like what they pre-sold. Most of the differences could probably be overlooked, but the jacked up Barbie hair they put on this doll looks nothing like the shaggy hair on the doll in the pre-order photo.

If you search for Joan Jett Barbie on entertainmentearth.com you will see that they updated their site with a photo of the actual doll. Since they deal in collectibles, I assume they understand that what may seem like a small difference to some people, will be a world of difference to a collector.

It was a huge disappointment!

A Kotobukiya Japanese import. Following on the massive global success of the superhero team up movie Marvel is bringing the fans even more armored action with Iron Man 3 in 2013. To commemorate the triumphant new appearance of this iconic character, Kotobukiyais proud to announce the IRON MAN 3 IRON MAN MARK VII ARTFX STATUE. After surviving imprisonment by terrorists, billionaire industrialist Tony Stark created the Mark II armor suit. This was followed up soon after by the iconic Mark III suit used to battle Stane and his Iron Monger suit at the culmination of the first film and the upgraded Mark IV armor in the sequel. Never one to rest on his laurels, Tony has brought his science and technology to a whole new cutting edge with the Mark VII Iron Man, the most advanced high-tech personal armor suit on the planet. Using new 3D sculpting techniques, Kotobukiyahas created the finest and most exciting ARTFX statue of any Iron Man, bringing more fine detailing than previous hand-sculpted releases for a more dynamic display. Kotobukiya "Iron Man 3" Mark VII ArtFX Statue Figure Review

This Kotobukiya Iron Man "statue" (even the box itself states it is a model) is well sculpted and the detail is terrific. Very solid paint job as well, and the light up eyes and chest are a real nice addition. So why not five stars? Well here is why...

1: The plastic figure feels cheap. When I was assembling it I was worried I was going to break it. Especially when I was trying to attach the upper torso to the lower body. It is difficult to attach and I kept waiting for the figure to break.

2: The box shows Iron Man with his hands open, repulsors ready to go. The figure itself has Iron Man with closed fists. How awesome it would have been to have the lighted effect featured on his open-handed repulsors.

3: I paid about $60, but I see them regularly selling for around $100. I am sorry, but for that kind of money I expect a true statue sculpted out of more durable materials. This piece seems overpriced to me.

My review may seem negative, I am trying to be impartial here. As a collector of Iron Man statues, I really do love the piece. I just feel like Kotobukiya had a chance to hit a home run with this sculpture, but fell short.

Lifetime Helicopter Teeter Totter (Primary Colors) Review

Very sturdy construction. My twin grandsons love it. It has multiple uses as a toy helicopter or a teeter totter even just to climb on. They will definately get our money's worth from the toy. We wanted something besides the usual swing and this was it.

Bind-N-Fly convenience, outstanding flight performance and exciting scale realism with the ParkZone P-51D Mustang BL , you get it all.

P-51D Mustang BL BNF Review

I have recently entered into this hobby, and the Parkzone P-51D BNF was the second plane I flew. I started with the Parkzone Ember 2 to learn the basics of flight control and orientation (especially plane flying towards you), and I did a lot of simulator time with the G-5 version of Real Flight. The P-51D should NOT be your first plane, as you will crash, crash, crash. The P-51 goes where you point it, and if you do not have the basic controls down you will roll it into the ground with your ailerons. If you have flown a basic trainer successfully, however, you will be able to fly this plane.

What I really like about the Parkzone P-51 is that it is a great flier at all speeds, and it is very durable. To date, it has flown full speed into a tree (and spent more than a week in the tree before it finally blew down), and it has crashed a couple of times (dead stick landings in the wind are not good). Repairs included 5 minute epoxy and duct tape (for crashes at the field we used tape and put it back in the air immediately). She still flies great and is now my favorite plane for windy weather and new aerobatic training. I am averaging 10 minute flights with throttle management (this does include several high speed passes). I have also expanded my fleet to include the Parkzone Corsair, Super Cub, T-28, and the ME-109. All of which are great fliers and great fun!

My work, kids, and family keep me too busy to build RC Airplanes, and Parkzone has made it possible for me to do what I want- FLY! I can't say enough about this great line of planes.
