This product was ordered for my son who loves trains. It assembled easy and ran immediately upon start up. BUT - after a few laps around the track, the engine uncoupled itself (became unattached from the cars it was pulling). This continued to happen every time. Amazon was gracious enough to exchange it for a new one immediately - only to find that the new train has the same problem. I now must take the train engine to someone who can fix it.
This product would have received a higher rating but the problem has proved disappointing.
