I had no problems assembling and testing. Make sure to retighten all screws that mount the landing gear after flying (a couple of them were lost after the first flight, but the kit does give you extra screws, and extra rotor blades, thank goodness!) The Phantom website is VERY helpful in getting to know and understand the assembly and testing. Very happy with the Phantom
