Scrabble is, well, Scrabble. Enough reviews have been written about Scrabble that I'll try to avoid duplication.

This particular set is reasonably well made. The board is sturdy, although plastic, and the recessed squares for letters are invaluable on a tossing boat, they'd also be usefull for tremors as one in our location has.

The holders, letters and pedestal all are substantial - it's now almost three months into ownership and its still intact - the box is sturdy, if large, and its easy to re-pack.

It was expensive for a game [personal and relative opinion], more than we've ever paid before, but this one really appears to be a case of you get what you pay for.

If you want a very functional Scrabble game that looks set to last years with even minimal amount of care, then this could be ideal. If you need to show and display try the Onyx or Franklin Mint versions.

Transformers Movie 2 Combiner - Construction Devastator Review

I had been hearing a lot of bad things about Devastator when pics of him first got out, about an insane price tag and no robot modes, but he was the one I was looking forward to the most. I figured that I would find him and see for myself how bad he looked and if I didn't like it I wouldn't buy it. So I was at Toys R Us the other day and found the last one on the shelf and Devastator didn't look that bad to me...only the price tag did haha. While he is not as big as I had expected (Rumors where he would be 2ft tall at least, but he's a little over 1ft), its still pretty impressive to look at. When you open the box all the constructicons are already transformed into the limbs but are not connected and also a few parts like Scavengers' scoop and Mixmasters' truck cab, but all are easily connected. As in the movie Devastator is very top heavy and must be places in a hunchback or an on all-fours pose. He has and push button activated Vortex similer to the movie and His head expands a good five inchs or so and you can fit legends and scout class figures in there. The box says that transformation for him is a 4 and really I think hes been the easiest to transform out of all the transformers from ROTF! Pretty much its a turn here and pop these in and move that back motions when turning the Constructicons into vehicle mode. One thing that I really didn't like is Mixmaster won't ever shut up and there is no on-off switch and when he is transformed into a vehicle the slightest bump sends him off. All of them look great in vehicle mode exept High Tower as he is brightly colored compared to the other two yellow Constructicons. Paint details are minor as in they have none compared to the voyager and deluxe class Constructicons but I figure I'll paint him myself. So in all he is a decent figure and his price isn't for everybody but if your a fan of the movie Devastator you'll like it.

Yellow Gold & Black Triangle Cornhole Boards Game Set by Victory Tailgate (24x48 Heavy Duty) Review

The boards are awesome, great quality. Very sturdy boards that will DEFINITELY last. The paint finish is really nice. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because I was annoyed with the pricing policy... I looked into these a couple of weeks before father's day, and they were $139 for the set. By the time I ordered them a week later, the price was jacked up to $159, and now it's back down... Raising prices around a busy holiday may make financial sense, but I almost didn't order bacause of it.
