Bought this for my sons 10th birthday a couple months back, very well built and sturdy, but my son still managed to bend the frame by jumping off ramps he made. When I took it back to the Schwinn store they replaced the whole bike with a brand new one, my son still thought jumping his ramps was just great until his front wheel twisted and couldn't be ridden. Back to the Schwinn store to have it fixed, and they replaced the front tire with another, no charge. After he was grounded for quite a while he didn't jump anymore and the bike is still new looking and works great. Great bike, great customer service.
