Super Turbo 1000-Lithium Electric Scooter (Silver) Review

I bought this scooter about 6 months ago to replace the 800 that I also own. The first battery that it came with was defective and they sent me another one right away along with a back light for my troubles. I hooked a new battery up and either it cam like this or I made the connection, but a plug labeled charger was plugged in and fried my battery after 6 months. Right after the warrenty expired. Im not sure if I caused it or they caused it, but I now have a $1000 kick scooter as there is no way my wife is going to let me buy another battery for $500. Customer service is good but they would not replace the battery and I'm out with a useless scooter with no battery. In the end, it's a fun scooter while it lasted, but there is constant maintenance such as tightening the chain, repairing flat tires and replacing break pads. I would pay more for this if it was made by Honda or in the USA, but it is what it is. It's a great toy, but keep in mind that if the battery fails, you will be stuck with the same decision- another $500 or give up.
