I purchased this playset on a Sunday evening and it was sitting in my driveway on Thursday (i wasn't expecting it for another 5 days). Quick shipping!!!

After reading other reviews, I hired a professional to assemble the playset and anchor it down. The cost is hard to swallow at first, but the kids were able to enjoy the playset almost immediately. So it was money well spent. It took him 3 days and a total of about 16 hours to assemble the playset. The professional told me that it takes the average homeowner about 5 full weekends to assemble a playset of this magnitude.

The playset itself is a huge hit and is like having the park in your own backyard. The tire swing and bridge are favorites already. Lots and lots to do, even for a 3 year old and 5 year old. We love our new playset!

I was told that in order to ensure the life of this playset, that it would need to be stained in the spring and every couple of years after that. The main reason wooden playsets weaken over time is because they are always exposed to the sun. Thus unprotected wood becomes weakened by the sun over time.

My daughter received these dolls as a present last night. In less than 24 hours, two of the dresses have already torn apart (both Belle and Cinderella). Snow White's crown has snapped in half. My daughter knows how to play with this type of doll and can easily dress and undress other dolls of this type by herself. The overall quality of this product is very, very low. While I don't expect toys to last forever, I would expect that a doll's clothing meant for children to play with be durable enough to last through more than one change of costume. This is not worth the money - spend your drachmas at the Disney Store for their princess dolls instead. We've never encountered any quality issues there.

Gaspo Sandbox "Mickey" with Roof Lift - Certified UV Protection Review

We bought this Gaspo sandbox at least 5 years ago and we still love it. It has held up really good, but after 4years the bottom started to rot out, so I built a platform out of pressure treated 4x4's and this has prolonged it's life.
The roof is key as it keep the sand clean and any possibility of cats out. Much better than those covers that snap on and just collect water when it rains.
The vinyl top is starting to deteriorate now, so I just called Gaspo in Austria and they said to send them an email and they'd mail me a new vinyl roof.
